Sulphur dioxide was measured from 1995 to 2006, mainly due to the presence of a number of industrial emitters nearby, including the Ravensdown fertilizer plant. There was one exceedance of both the daily and hourly sulphur dioxide guideline during this time.  PM10 was measured at this site between 1995 and 1998, and concentrations exceeded the daily guideline on a number of days during winter. Carbon monoxide was measured from 1995 to 2000, and concentrations were below the guideline.
