This site was operational from 2003 to 2010. During this time PM₁₀ concentrations regularly exceeded the daily guideline, while carbon monoxide, sulphur dioxide, and nitrogen dioxide did not exceed their guidelines. This site was established in 2003 by the Ministry for the Environment following the closure of the St. Albans Packe Street site.
