The Government is seeking public input for the development of its proposed conservation and environment science roadmap.
The roadmap will identify the areas of scientific knowledge needed by government over the next 20 years to support decision-making for conservation and environmental policy and management to achieve the most desirable future for New Zealand.

Hui and meetings are also being held to provide information and enable further discussion.
Submissions close at 5.00pm on Wednesday 7 September 2016.

Publishing and releasing submissions
All or part of any written submission (including names of submitters) may be published on the Ministry for the Environment's website www.mfe.govt.nz.
