Tamaki at Stephensons

This site is located on the Tamaki River just upstream of the confluence between the Tamaki and Manawatū Rivers. The Tamaki River in the vicinity of this site is valued as a trout spawning reach.

Water quality results measured at this site reflect the cumulative impact of all activities upstream of this point. This site is within the Upper Manawatū target catchment for diffuse sourced nutrient management.
