Mauku Main Production Bore

The Mauku bore is located in the road reserve of Union Road, extension to railway.

 

The bore was drilled in 1985 to a depth of 194.7m. The bore lithology is Kaawa formation coarse sandy shell layers of varying grain size. This site had a pressure transducer and data logger from 1985 to 2001. This site is now manually dipped on a frequent basis.
