The Karaka North Road Obs Bore is located in the road reserve on the eastern side of Karaka North Road approx 0.5 kms from the intersection with Linwood road.

 

The bore was drilled 1992 to a depth of 207.0m. The bore lithology is Waitemata Sandstone. This site was automatically monitored from 1992 to 1998. This site is now manually dipped on a frequent basis.
