Kaipara

The Kaipara at Waimauku flow site is located in farmland in the outskirts of Waimauku village.

 

The Kaipara River drains into the southern end of the Kaipara harbour by Helensville. There are two main tributaries into the Kaipara, the Kumeu and Ararimu rivers. 
The Kaipara flow site is utilised as a management site for the purpose of flood flow investigations.
