Glenbrook Hall

The Glenbrook Hall Road Bore is located behind the Community hall at Glenbrook Road.

 

The bore was drilled 1970 to a depth of 103.7m. This site also known as Pukekohe Bore No 32, formerly NZ Steel Ltd Observation bore No 10. Records from April 1970 to December 1974 were collected by New Zealand Steel. Records from February 1975 to October 1976 were collected by Waikato Valley Authority. Records from November 1976 to November 1978 were collected by the Ministry of Works. The site was handed over to the Auckland Council in 1978. This bore is now manually dipped monthly.
