Tank talk - Friday 10 Jan 2020

Hello my fellow canines,

Boy it sure has been hot lately, but make sure you’re not “dying for a swim” by knowing where toxic algae warnings are in place.

Where to avoid:
Waikanae River (especially round Jim Cooke Park)
Waipoua River (Masterton)
Henley Lake (Masterton)

The good news is that both the Hutt River and Pakuratahi River (which runs through Kaitoke Regional Park) are both well below toxic algae guideline levels and safe for you and your humans to swim!
