Wellington Water have advised of an outfall pipe leaking, which originally was flowing into the stormwater network that discharges into the harbour at Port Road (just north of the Seaview Marina). They are now redirecting the discharge to Waiwhetu Stream.
Caution advised in this area due to the possibility of water contamination. Water quality testing is being undertaken, a further update will be provided when results are received.
